Ah, one of the authors of that book has the dubious distinction of being the most despicable senator from the state I spent the last 20 years in. This sort of rubbish is no surprise coming from him. What these people don't realize is that separation of church and state protects the church every bit as much as it protects people outside it. (And by church I mean any organized religion.)
